1. Shipping Costs

We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

There are no additional handling or processing fees at checkout.


2. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–10 business days after dispatch

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 12:00 PM (EST)

Orders are fulfilled through our trusted fulfillment and logistics partners.

Depending on product availability, orders may be shipped from one of our international fulfillment centers. This allows us to maintain product availability while ensuring reliable delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or periods of high shipping volume.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.


3. Customs & Duties

For customers within the United States, no additional customs duties or import fees are typically required upon delivery.

If any customs charges arise due to local regulations or exceptional circumstances, they remain the responsibility of the customer.


4. Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.


5. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed.

After an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. Eligible items may still be returned in accordance with our Refund Policy.


6. Delayed or Damaged Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team.
